**Construction company seeks:** **Project Superintendent (San Luis Potosí)** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related field. * **Age:** 30 years or older. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in a similar role with verifiable experience leading large-scale construction (infrastructure) projects. * **Residence:** San Luis Potosí (or willingness to relocate to the area). **Job Objective:** Plan, direct, and supervise the overall execution of the project in San Luis Potosí, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules, quality standards, allocated budget, and current safety regulations, through efficient management of human and material resources. **Job Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise construction work, ensuring strict adherence to drawings, technical specifications, and the construction schedule. * Monitor physical progress against the master schedule, implementing immediate corrective actions in case of any deviations in time or cost. * Supervise and evaluate on-site subcontractors’ performance, coordinate their activities, and ensure labor quality. * Optimize the use of materials, machinery, and personnel at the worksite to prevent waste and cost overruns. * Ensure all personnel on site strictly comply with safety, hygiene protocols, and local legal regulations in SLP. * Maintain smooth communication with management, external supervision, and the client; lead site meetings and document progress via logs and weekly reports. **We Offer:** Statutory Benefits Located in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.
