**Sewing Machine Operator** **Industry:** Hat Manufacturing Plant **JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform precise and high-quality topstitching in hat manufacturing, meeting the company's established production and finishing standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate industrial sewing machine to perform topstitching on hats * Execute straight, decorative, and finishing seams according to product specifications * Inspect quality of each piece before proceeding to the next process * Meet daily production targets set by the supervisor * Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or process incidents promptly * Maintain a clean and organized workstation * Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning and lubrication) **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial sewing (preferably in hat, cap, or accessory manufacturing) * Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines * Manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail * Ability to work under production targets * Completed secondary education (preferred) **WE OFFER** Salary: **$3,500 weekly, tax-free** Productivity bonus Work schedule: Monday to Friday, **7:30 am to 5:00 pm** Statutory benefits Stable and growing work environment Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
