Must also enhance customers' experience by offering add-ons and extras during their workshop visits, through strong communication, conflict and objection management, and sales experience. **Responsibilities:** * Vehicle reception for service. * Conflict management with external customers. * Sale of add-on services and schedule management. * Excellent tracking of vehicles from intake to proper delivery. * Administrative management, manual reading, work order preparation. **Requirements and Skills:** * Excellent communication and assertiveness, negotiation ability, and objection handling. * Frustration tolerance and service-oriented attitude. * Positive, proactive, dynamic, neutral, and tolerant. * Administrative management and office software proficiency. * Excellent organization and orderliness. * Passion for motorcycles. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Responsible and punctual. **We Offer:** * Salary: MXN 9,582 * Statutory benefits * Excellent working environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,582.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Mandatory) * Motorcycle service: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
