Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in unit assignment, operational staff management, inventory control, and merchandise flow management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in unit assignment and deadline compliance 2. Management of attendance, overtime, and staff incidents 3. Knowledge of cyclic inventories and stock audits REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in unit assignment, ensuring time windows for pickups are met. * Prior experience in recording attendance, managing overtime, and monitoring staff incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests) for operational personnel. * Experience conducting cyclic inventories, stock audits, and shrinkage management to maintain optimal inventory levels. * Knowledge of merchandise flow processes to prevent bottlenecks affecting unit deployment.
