With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing human resources, operational, and administrative processes. kellyservices.com.mx ***Position:*** Quality and Audit Supervisor. * **Salary:** $40,000 gross monthly. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM (possibility of working on Saturdays if operational needs require it). * **Modality:** On-site. * **Location:** Tequisquiapan, Qro. * Project Duration: 12 months. ***Role Definition:*** Responsible for supervising compliance with quality standards and leading internal audits, ensuring efficient processes and regulatory compliance. ***Job Objective:*** Ensure quality compliance in production/services through supervision of audit teams and application of continuous improvement methods and tools. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Supervise activities of inspectors and auditors. * Coordinate reviews, testing, and product sampling. * Identify risks and propose proactive solutions. * Report findings and lead improvement projects. * Train new auditors/inspectors. * Consolidate information for certifications and audits. ***Requirements:*** * Prior experience supervising quality personnel and/or auditors. * Leadership skills. * Experience with quality regulations and standards.
