The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze platform requirements, execute functional validations, and ensure high-quality deliverables within the testing environment. * **Salary:** $32,000 (MXN) gross monthly. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and functional scenarios based on project requirements. * Execute manual tests and monitor automated tests where applicable. * Validate functionalities across different environments prior to production releases. * Perform regression testing to ensure new developments do not impact existing functionalities. * Defect Tracking and Management * Identify, document, and track bugs and incidents using JIRA. * Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure proper resolution of incidents. * Validate fixes and ensure appropriate ticket closure. * Ensure developments meet functional, technical, and business requirements. * Actively participate in functional reviews and pre-production validations. * Identify potential risks and propose quality process improvements. * Work closely with developers, project managers, operations, and stakeholders. * Participate in Agile ceremonies such as dailys, planning, grooming, and retrospectives. * Provide clear and timely feedback on findings and risks. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of tests, results, and evidence. * Generate quality reports and incident tracking reports. * Create functional documentation for future reference. ***Requirements:*** * + \+2 years of experience in testing eCommerce site developments or functionality. + Validation of eCommerce platforms or digital environments. + Experience working under Agile/Scrum methodologies. + Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). + Experience with management and tracking tools such as JIRA, ASANA, TestRail, or similar. + Knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, and end\-to\-end validations. + Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus. + Basic knowledge of APIs and Postman validations is desirable. ***We Offer:*** ***Statutory Benefits:*** * 12 vacation days upon completion of the first year of employment * 25% vacation bonus * Food vouchers: $1,300 * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 30 days * Life insurance: $120,000 Kelly is an equal opportunity employer.
