An automotive company is seeking: "**PURCHASING HEAD**." **MUST-HAVE:** ***ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY*** ***(Interview will be conducted in English)*** Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions within the automotive industry. Education: **Business Administration, International Trade, or Engineering.** **Experience in:** * Supply chain management, planning, and forecasting. * Inputs and materials required for manufacturing electrical harnesses. * Purchase order control and management. * Negotiation with domestic and international suppliers **(in English).** * Domestic and international logistics. * Warehouse and inventory management. * Determination of reorder points and purchase scheduling. * Development of new suppliers. **Knowledge of:** * **ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office suite** * **IATF 16949 standard** **Competencies:** Negotiation, teamwork, analysis, effective communication, initiative, results orientation, organization, and adaptability. **WE OFFER:** * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.** * **SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.** * Statutory benefits. * Biweekly payroll (competitive salary, 100% covered by IMSS). * Food vouchers. * Additional days off beyond statutory requirements.
