Conducts security assessments to identify risks and vulnerabilities We are currently searching for an Operational Supervisor in the field of Private Security, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising over 200 personnel, background in Asset Security, accustomed to working under performance-driven pressure and tight deadlines. The professional we seek must be available for full-time employment, possess experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution, hold a minimum of two years’ academic or professional experience in this field, regularly submit reports to superiors, and demonstrate excellent diction and interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, personnel management, and fostering and improving workplace morale; be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring effective execution of tasks. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
