Incident investigation and report preparation We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor in the PRIVATE SECURITY field, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising over 100 personnel, relevant industry experience, and accustomed to working under performance-driven pressure. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, skilled in personnel management, adept at fostering and improving workplace climate, receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are performed effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent certification. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security fields will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies. * Residency in one of the following areas: CULIACÁN. * Willingness to travel.
