Job Summary: A prominent private security company is seeking a Private Security Supervisor to coordinate staff, supervise operations, and resolve conflicts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff coordination and transportation to service locations 2. Operational supervision and conflict resolution 3. Customer service and incident reporting A leading company in the private security industry is currently hiring for: PRIVATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR ✅ Valid Type A/B Driver's License ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor ✅ Completed high school diploma (certificate required) ✅ 12-hour daytime schedule (24/7 availability required) WE OFFER ✅ Monthly salary: $12,500 + overtime pay ✅ Weekly payments ✅ Statutory benefits (vacation, year-end bonus, vacation bonus, etc.) ✅ Profit-sharing ✅ IMSS coverage from day one ✅ INFONAVIT and FONACOT access ✅ Company-provided vehicle and mobile phone RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Transport staff to service locations daily ✅ Identify service locations across various zones of Querétaro and transport staff accordingly ✅ Cover shifts during emergencies ✅ Conduct operational supervision in Querétaro ✅ Provide customer service ✅ Report incidents to the office (attendance/absences, overtime) ✅ Conflict resolution Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $12,001.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company mobile phone Experience: * PRIVATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * TYPE A/B LICENSE (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work location: On the road
