




Position Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Operations Assistant to audit and manage product flow, inventory, and supervise customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in WMS and SAP systems Position: Shipping Operations Assistant Starting Salary: $10,600 gross Salary after three months: $11,200 gross Education: Completed high school or incomplete undergraduate degree Schedules: Shifts rotate every two weeks * First shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. / Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. * Second shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. / Saturday, 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Third shift: Monday to Friday, 9:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. Requirements and Responsibilities: \-Experience in inbound and outbound logistics \-Generate inventory and storage capacity KPIs \-Weekly client reports on inventory status \-Audit that receipt and shipment of FG (Finished Goods) are correctly executed from system entry to system exit \-Collaborate with internal audit on inventory-related matters \-Weekly client reports on inventory status \-Cyclical inventories in addition to internal audit \-Physical counts of supplies and materials \-Proficiency in WMS and SAP systems \-Generate reports to request clarifications arising from discrepancies detected during daily information analysis \-Supervise and train SAC AA staff to maintain and improve service quality for assigned accounts Location: Tlalnepark 2, Lago de Guadalupe Highway.
