OSG Royco, a Japanese-origin company located in an inland port, dedicated to the manufacturing of cutting tools, is seeking: **MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **IMPORTANT** Reside in León, Silao, or Romita Transportation available in León (Centro Max and Via Alta), Silao (Bus Terminal), and Romita (La Aldea) **OR ability to commute independently.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Assembly of mechanical systems (bearings, chains, gears, and precision couplings). * Alignment and balancing. * Welding and fabrication of parts. * Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems. * Fault diagnosis and resolution. * Root Cause Analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:** Periodic equipment inspection to detect wear or anomalies. Review of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Implementation of condition-based (predictive) maintenance strategies. **2\. Corrective Maintenance:** Diagnosis and resolution of failures in gears, pumps, chains, pistons, valves, belts, pulleys, etc. Replacement of damaged or worn parts. **3\. Assembly and Adjustment of Precision Components:** Installation and assembly of equipment and machinery according to drawings and technical specifications. * Use of lubricants and compounds to reduce friction and wear. * Vibration and deformation control during manufacturing processes. **4\.
