Job Summary: We are seeking a Raschel Machine Operator with experience in fabric inspection, defect detection, and machine programming. Key Responsibilities: 1. Raschel machine operation and programming 2. Fabric inspection and quality control 3. Work area organization and cleaning **RASCHEL MACHINE OPERATOR (TEXTILE/AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY)** **Key Duties:** * Fabric inspection * Defect identification and marking * Removing empty bobbins * Mounting full bobbins according to Technical Specification Sheet * Machine programming per Technical Specification (yarn feed, mesh patterns, reel perimeters, and roll length) * Completing production records * Recording data on production forms * Entering parts into the system * Machine cleaning and general sector organization **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary or preparatory school * Experience operating knitting machines (minimum 1 year) * Availability to work rotating shifts Desired Knowledge: * Machine handling and operation * Bobbin mounting, threading, and article changes * Understanding of fabric patterns and associated defects * Machine programming * Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 standard * Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 standard **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $16,000°° * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot benefits * Vacation bonus: **35%** * Vacation days / 1st year – **12 days**, increasing per (Art. 78\) – Federal Labor Law * Year-end bonus: **20 days** per year * Grocery vouchers: **(10%)** * Savings fund contribution: **(5%)** per period * Savings fund loan / minimum interest – available after 6 months of employment * **SGMM** for employee only (with additional ) * Life insurance Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
