**Grupo Ortiz** is seeking new talent to join our team as a **Food Safety Inspector**. **Location:** Exit to Salamanca. **Company:** Grupo Ortiz **Shift:** Rotating **Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections in the plant and external areas to identify deviations, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts. * Communicate, document, and follow up on identified deviations. * Monitor compliance with regulations, plant access control, and shift changes. * Manage inspection reports, logs, and records. * Participate in traceability exercises, emergency drills, and food defense activities. * Supervise control of assigned chemicals, hazardous waste, sharps, and CCPs (Critical Control Points). * Support accident investigations and issue permits for high-risk work. * Provide food safety training to personnel when required. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or completed bachelor's degree in chemical, biochemical, environmental engineering, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible and dynamic. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Grocery voucher card. * Physical grocery package. * Opportunity for growth. * Uniforms. * Educational support.
