You will be responsible for elevating the Susurros del Corazón brand through the lens of each guest’s resort experience, ensuring the highest service standards are met and that guest experiences exceed expectations. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Director and Assistant to establish and maintain departmental goals, operational standards, guest relations, and team member management. * Conduct daily assignment reports jointly with coordination * Actively and dynamically lead the rally, reviewing all relevant daily activity information—including daily arrivals, standards, values, GIR, NG, etc. * Confirm each team member understands the day’s priorities * Review Line Staff presentation (clean uniform, personal hygiene, sneakers, socks, etc.) * Supervise and inspect rooms and residences according to standards and operational needs * Update room status in the system to reflect actual conditions **Qualifications** * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role * Proven ability to manage staff and extensive experience working collaboratively in teams * Knowledge of cleaning processes and proper handling of chemicals for guest rooms * Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
