Loan with preferential interest rate. **Join the best financial industry team in Mexico.** We are hiring a Field Collections Officer for the Tlajomulco area; base branch: Multiplaza del Valle. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage delinquent customer portfolios. * Conduct field visits to cover assigned portfolio. * Make preventive collection calls. * Perform home verifications. * Achieve daily performance targets. * Locate customers with outstanding debt. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 years or older * Education: Completed high school (preferred)* * "Personal vehicle required" (4-cylinder car or motorcycle). * Experience: 2 years in collections and/or field work (preferred)* **We Offer:** * Base salary* * Excellent commission structure. * Gasoline allowance. * Performance bonus of $3,000 (guaranteed for 6 months). * Training bonus of $2,400.
