Job Summary: Operate changeover stations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, while promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Highlights: 1. Production line operation 2. Proactive and action-oriented work **Primary Job Objectives:** Operate changeover stations in alignment with the plant’s Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives to contribute to achieving business goals, plans, and established targets; additionally, ensure and promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:** * Comply with established safety, hygiene, and quality practices, policies, and procedures specified by the plant and corporate guidelines. * Perform production operational tasks: balancing, dispensing, and bagging product as required. * Conduct visual inspections of in-process and finished products. * Use paper bags and tying paper according to the product being manufactured. * Support product changeovers. * Support the Maintainer as required. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Provide clear and accurate information to the next shift. **Position Requirements:** **Knowledge, Experience, and Skills** * Education in a related high school field or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of work experience operating production lines. * Practical knowledge of the following areas: operations and workstations. * Ability to work under pressure. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Proactivity, action orientation, and sense of urgency. * Manual dexterity. **Working Conditions** * This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to high noise levels, physical obstacles, chemical exposure, etc. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE): + Appropriate safety glasses. + Suitable hearing protection (with cord). + Proper clothing and footwear for the work area. * Adhere to safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures. * Use required equipment for process food safety. **Physical Requirements:** * This position regularly requires a high degree of mental stamina, considering frequent interruptions and changes in activity or workload during a typical workday. * This position regularly requires standing at the same workstation throughout the workday.
