Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Promote interdependence by watching out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capability. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize negative impacts. Participate in HSE training. Quality Follow applicable standard work procedures, process documentation, and quality documentation such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka\-yoke, and visual standards. Raise issues to minimize quality costs and exposures. Conduct quality inspections. Identify and control nonconforming materials. Delivery Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to achieve required features and dimensions that meet customer expectations. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in basic job skills. Achieve production targets. Work within the required cycle time or as defined by engineering standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning tasks and machine cleaning, and perform scheduled operator maintenance and care tasks. Remain flexible and perform other diverse tasks as needed to meet production goals. Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment requiring repair. Teamwork Communicate effectively with assigned team members and all support teams. Complete training and personal development per business requirements.
