De La Aurora, PARAÍSO DE ANÁHUAC, 66422 San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L.** **Job Objective:** We seek individuals with experience in counter sales and handling perishable products. The objective is to deliver high-quality customer service, promote products, manage inventory, and ensure proper in-store product display. **Job Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers in-store. * Promote products, inform customers about promotions, and address objections. * Record sales in the system. * Receive goods and inspect quality and inventory. * Arrange products in the warehouse and display cases following planograms. * Implement customer retention and acquisition strategies. * Maintain cleanliness and monitor refrigerated storage units. * Update pricing and in-store communication materials. * Represent the company ethically and professionally. **Requirements:** * **Minimum Experience:** 2 years in counter sales, handling perishable products, inventory management, planograms, and customer service. * **Knowledge:** Sales, marketing, inventory administration, CRM usage. * **Skills:** Teamwork, adaptability, customer orientation, negotiation, effective communication, planning, and results orientation. **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements** * 30 days’ year-end bonus. * 9.5% savings fund contribution. * Major medical expense insurance. * Annual profit-sharing. * Vacation time and vacation premium. * Savings account. * Employee discounts.
