We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Printing Operator skilled in industrial machinery for machine setup, maintenance, and operation, as well as blueprint interpretation and quality assurance.

**Flexographic Printing Operator**
Gender: Unspecified
High school diploma or completed technical program
2 years of experience operating industrial machinery (preferably in the cardboard or packaging industry), including flexographic printers, die-cutting machines (Thompson, Vaiven, or rotary), glue applicators, staplers, or cutters.
Experience:
Reading and interpreting product blueprints, technical data sheets, and purchase orders.
Machine adjustment, mechanical setup, maintenance, and operation.
Identification of materials, engraving plates, dies, inks, adhesives, and staples.
Use of tape measures and criteria for visual and dimensional product quality.
