Administration of the admissions office An educational institution with over 30 years of experience is seeking personnel for the school admissions area with recent experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** * Provide timely attention and follow-up to prospects and parents via instant messaging, phone calls, and in-person service, delivering clear information and guidance throughout the enrollment process. * Conduct guided tours of the facilities, reinforcing information previously shared by the Contact Center, with the objective of building trust and finalizing enrollment. * Manage and oversee the admissions office, ensuring order, proper presentation of the space, and appropriate control of materials and public-facing information. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in customer service, sales, or admissions. * Completed high school diploma. * Availability of time. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Database management and tracking. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Basic experience with a CRM or prospect management system. **We Offer:** * Starting base salary of $10,000 MXN per month, with potential increase after 3 months based on performance. * Commission scheme starting from the first enrollment. * Autonomy and trust in performing job duties. * Conveniently located workplace. * Fixed rest days on Sundays and official holidays. **If you are interested in growing with us, please submit your CV through this channel.
