Collaboration in developing technical and economic proposals. **KUALLY RHA is seeking a Cost Analyst in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading construction company specializing in food-industrial plants, with over 30 years of industry experience, is seeking new talent for the position of: **UNIT PRICE ANALYST** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles * Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects (desirable) * Advanced Excel proficiency * Proficiency in cost and budgeting software (S10, OPUS, Presto, or similar); project planning tools (MS Project or similar). Responsibilities: * Prepare unit price analyses for electromechanical items. * Determine material, equipment, labor, and subcontractor costs. * Analyze productivity rates and propose cost optimizations. * Coordinate with engineering and site teams to validate scope. * Update databases of prices, productivity rates, and suppliers. * Support development of technical and economic proposals. * Assess project cost variations and financial risks.
