MEP Coordinator for Vertical Projects

Position Summary: We are seeking an MEP Coordinator, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, with experience in mechanical and electrical systems and project management to supervise installations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of MEP installations from start to finish. 2. Ensures quality in the implementation of drawings and specifications. 3. Collaboration with design teams and contractors. MEP Coordinator Mechanical and Electrical Engineer 4–5 years of experience in this role Knowledge of: * Mechanical systems, plumbing, fire protection equipment, transformers, cooling equipment, electrical systems, and piping systems. * Familiarity with regulations and codes related to installations. * Project Management * Drawing Interpretation * Low-voltage electrical systems handling Responsibilities: * Present project progress updates * Schedule regular meetings with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors to discuss progress, challenges, and coordinate actions. * Quickly identify and address any defects or non-conformities with quality standards. * Coordinate and supervise installations from planning through execution. * Coordinate with design teams to ensure effective implementation of drawings. * Review and read project drawings and specifications. * Ensure installations are carried out in good condition and meet required quality standards.
