Responsibilities: * Manage customer needs via phone calls. * Provide support via email, WhatsApp, web chat, and Facebook. * Maintain good communication and active listening with customers. * Demonstrate organizational skills based on the service channels provided. * Show empathy toward users and collaborate effectively with team members. Requirements: * Minimum education level: High school diploma or higher. * Experience: 1 year (preferred) in a call center or front-desk customer service role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, customer service systems, etc. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. Salary and Benefits: * Salary: $10,500 net per month. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund: 6%. * KPI bonus: $1000\. * Transportation allowance: $1,200 for second and third shifts. * Opportunity for career advancement. Schedules: Rotating shifts monthly, weekend rest (Saturday or Sunday). * Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (transportation support). * Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (transportation support).
