Teamwork and problem-solving **Banco Compartamos is seeking a Branch Teller in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosi** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **BRANCH TELLER** =================== We invite you to join our team. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (completed), with a minimum of two years’ experience in teller-related activities (handling cash, daily cash reconciliations, and transactions) within financial institutions, traditional banking, Banco Azteca, or other banking areas. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (desirable but not mandatory for performing the role). * Willingness to travel and provide support: occasional assignment to other branches outside the state, if required. * Proactive, organized, punctual, dynamic, enjoys teamwork, and capable of solving organizational problems. * Excellent personal presentation. * Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. * Resident and native of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. * **Important:** Must have a clean credit bureau record, with no outstanding debts, to qualify for the socioeconomic assessment. **Responsibilities:** Execute, administer, maintain, and safeguard branch operations (credit payments, account deposits, cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, remittance payments (in USD and local currency), insurance payments). Comply strictly with institutional policies and procedures, as well as official regulations, while ensuring the integrity and security of assigned physical resources. Responsible for coordinating and supervising cash flows in their teller station through analysis and reporting, with defined timeframes set by CEAS. **Compensation and Benefits:** Base monthly salary: $10,000 to $11,000 (increases based on tenure in position) \+ monthly performance bonus.
