OPEN POSITION: BARISTA / SHIFT SUPERVISOR FOR BOUTIQUE COFFEE BAR – L’OLIVE COFFEE BAR L’Olive Coffee Bar, part of Grupo Debarbas, is looking for a proactive, responsible individual with an excellent attitude to oversee the daily operations of our boutique coffee bar. We are a boutique café with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, combining coffee, bakery items, and boutique products while placing strong emphasis on customer experience and service. Location: CDMX Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Approximate shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (May be adjusted based on operational needs) We Offer: * Base salary: $10,500 to $12,000 monthly (commensurate with experience) * Tips * Sales and goal-based bonus * Training * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of coffee and hot/cold beverages * Preparation of simple food items: * Croissants * Bakery items * Basic plating * Customer service and engagement * Cash handling and register support * Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing space * Assisting with display and sale of boutique products * Basic receiving of supplies * Opening and closing procedures REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent attitude and professional appearance * Organized, energetic, and solution-oriented individual * Passion for coffee, customer service, and attention to detail * Ability to work independently * Integrity and commitment * Prior experience in cafés, bars, or food service preferred We seek someone who enjoys interacting with people, values attention to detail, and takes ownership of the space as if it were their own.
