Job Summary: A leading porcelain tile company is seeking an architect to develop projects, conduct site surveys, design proposals, and provide supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and follow-up of architectural projects for office and field work 2. Design and supervision of internal projects at assigned branches 3. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop A leading Mexican company specializing in the importation and manufacturing of porcelain tiles is seeking an **architect**. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of architectural projects for office and field work * Site surveying and drafting of plans * Proposal design * Project scheduling and follow-up * Follow-up with assigned branches * Design and supervision of internal projects **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or nearing graduation * One year of experience supervising construction (finishes) * Preparation of execution-level projects and budgets * Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of **$19,000.00** * Statutory benefits * Life and disability insurance * Annual bonus * School supplies support **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30 hrs., and rotating Saturdays from 08:30–13:30\. **Work Location:** Santa Catarina, 5 minutes from Plaza Sendero.
