Currently, we are seeking a new team member passionate about individual and collective labor law to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:** Advise clients and attend meetings, providing clarity on collective labor matters. Disseminate critical information regarding collective rights to workers across various sectors. Draft and prepare specialized legal documents. Execute contracts and ensure their timely filing. Actively monitor collective legal proceedings. Support reviews to ensure efficiency in our services. Conduct diagnostics of contracts and other collective documents. Organize and establish new collective structures, managing their registration. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably with official degree certificate and professional license). Minimum 6 months of experience in labor and union law. Residence in Guadalajara City / Easy access to the Col. Providencia area. **Skills:** Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Passion for legal study and administrative capability. Creativity in developing innovative solutions. **We Offer:** Monthly bonus based on achievement of objectives. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including one hour for lunch.
