Learn more about how we maximize the power of water: https://wi.st/3vH5OUK **The Challenge** The Water Treatment Service Technician will be responsible for implementing and monitoring physicochemical water treatment programs for assigned accounts, ensuring contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and the highest standards of safety, quality, and service. This position involves direct interaction with industrial customers, focusing both on technical execution and on identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues related to water treatment. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? * Implement and monitor physicochemical water treatment programs at industrial plants. * Work full-time on a single account to validate results, conduct physicochemical analyses, and control chemical dosing. * Identify, analyze, and resolve deviations in treatment processes. * Perform equipment inspections, sample collection, and preparation of technical reports. * Ensure compliance with service standards, safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and contractual terms. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school or technical bachelor’s degree * 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, ideally in water treatment at industrial plants. * Familiarity with physicochemical water treatment. * Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and pumping equipment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Flexible schedule and availability to work in: Nopalucan, Puebla. **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Technical training and professional development. * A safe, collaborative, and meaningfully impactful work environment.
