Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. **General Job Description** The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring chemical manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This position supports plant operations by following standardized procedures, complying with safety and environmental regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. **Primary Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment per established procedures. * Measure, weigh, and charge raw materials into production equipment per batch instructions. * Perform in-process quality checks and accurately record production data. * Maintain a clean and organized work area per 5S and safety standards. * Support equipment troubleshooting and report anomalies to the supervisor. * Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements, including proper use of PPE. * Support preventive maintenance activities and perform basic equipment adjustments. * Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions. * Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and objectives. * Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste. **Minimum Requirements** * Completed high school education or technical degree in a related field. * 1\+ years of experience in production or manufacturing (preferably in the chemical industry). * Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow safety protocols. * Basic knowledge of mathematics and measurement. * Availability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico, and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing). **Preferred Requirements** * Experience in chemical manufacturing or batch processes. * Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. * Knowledge of ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Basic English (reading and writing). * Attention to detail and teamwork skills. *H.B.
