Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Call Center Manager** Location: Mérida, Yucatán Position Type: Full-time At **KLB MÉXICO**, we are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Call Center Manager to lead an emerging sales project and strengthen commercial team performance. **Position Description:** Responsible for leading Call Center operations, developing commercial strategies, supervising the sales team, and ensuring objective attainment through proactive, results-focused management. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop sales teams within the Call Center. * **Supervise and track achievement of commercial goals.** * Implement strategies to increase team productivity and effectiveness. * **Monitor performance indicators and sales results.** * Manage and optimize daily operations of the telephone contact center. * Train and motivate the team to achieve objectives. * Coordinate efficient use of platforms and operational systems. * **Generate reports on results and improvement opportunities.** * Maintain high standards of customer service and support.
