We empower a new generation of companies to challenge their limits. **Change Management Analyst** **Engagement Model: Fee-based.** **Position Objective:** Design and implementation of training and materials for IT projects. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze change requirements and consolidate findings to inform the Change Management strategy. * Design detailed change plans including communications, training, and skill development for affected employees. * Assess the impact of change on the organization and affected employees, proposing recommendations to improve adoption. * Conduct detailed analysis of the organization’s current state, identifying strengths and weaknesses to design effective action plans. * Analyze business processes, systems, and organizational culture, as well as their capacity to adopt change. * Develop graphic materials. **Requirements:** * Full-time availability: Remote work, but with willingness to meet clients onsite when necessary. * Interest in consulting. * Experience in communication, training, instructional design, and preferably change management. * Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe or Piktochart is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency.
