Job Summary: We are seeking a Coding Supervisor with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to verify coding activities and ensure compliance with good practices. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring good documentation practices **Coding Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or Technical Degree in Administration or related field. * 1 year of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry * Availability to work rotating shifts * Preferably residing near the area (Lerma) **Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of operating coding machines * Proficiency in using PCs * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices **Responsibilities:** * Perform and verify coding activities on secondary and/or primary packaging of healthcare supplies * Receive delivered supplies entering the coding or secondary conditioning process, verifying that the healthcare supplies match the transfer request number * Supervise and ensure that records are maintained in the coding or secondary conditioning logbooks in accordance with Good Documentation Practices * Ensure proper adjustment and labeling in coding processes, as well as reconciliation of labels for manual coding * Report defective items and/or their origin identified during the coding or secondary conditioning process to the warehouse coordinator, procurement department, and quality assurance department **We Offer:** * Salary: $11,700.00 gross per month * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Statutory benefits Interested candidates must submit their CV through this same channel.
