Ensure the best service and sales experience. **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Entity: Tamaulipas Location Type: Tda Nuevo Laredo Paseo Reforma **Position Objective BTP** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Key BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service level standards, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards established by Management and ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely route customer visits into the company's systems to enhance satisfaction.
