Executing quality standards and ensuring the best experience **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Norte Entity: Mexico Location Type: Tda Cdmx Interlomas **Position Objective** --------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs at AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Establish cordial and service-oriented relationships with customers to ensure service level, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards established by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely channel customer visits into the company's systems for improved satisfaction.
