Responsible for administering and tracking IDPs (Individual Development Plans) and TPP (Talent Pipeline Programs) succession plans. * Design and coordinate training plans across various departments: Plant Induction, Policies and Procedures (ETQ Reliance). * Responsible for providing and facilitating tools for human talent development. * Support the organization and execution of strategic awareness and promotion activities for HR programs and initiatives. * Comply with regulations issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (Federal Regulations and Bylaws). * Manage and administer Training Systems (STPS, Tress, Training Matrices, Annual Training Plans and Programs). * Continuously promote employee training according to the internal annual training calendar and generate monthly training reports. * Deliver internal courses and programs (Train-the-Trainer). * Strategies to measure training effectiveness. * Collaborate and propose outreach and exchange strategies with public and private entities that benefit the institution. * Participate in internal and external audits, including those conducted by customers and vendors. * Negotiate with vendors for training services, review proposals and programs against the personnel training and development plan. * Standardize training and development processes, tools, and methods with a vision to integrate new technologies for operational automation and identify improvement and update opportunities based on market best practices. * Ensure compliance with the E-Learning program, track training hours, and monitor assigned trainings. 2.2 Communications * Maintain effective communication with all departments. * Communicate both orally and in writing. 2.4 Employee Relations * Perform duties professionally and cooperatively. Work collaboratively with various departments. 2.5 Safety and Health * Follow company safety rules. * Use required equipment, protective devices, or clothing—or refrain from using prohibited items—as mandated by company health and safety laws and regulations. * Immediately report any absence or defect in protective equipment or clothing to your supervisor. * Report any illness or injury to your supervisor. * Report any conflict between health and safety laws and company policy. * Keep your work area clean and safe, and inform your supervisor of any hazards. 2.6 Quality Systems * Ensure compliance with quality standards. * Ensure adherence to and enforcement of the Quality Policy. 3.0 PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: 3.1 EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Training or Human Resources. * Proficiency in MS Excel. * Basic knowledge of design software. * Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS Law. * Organizational Development. * Training Systems. 3.2 COMPETENCIES / SOFT SKILLS Excellent organizational skills. * Decision-making. * Teamwork. * Strong sense of urgency. * Problem-solving and analytical ability. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Flexible schedule availability (rotating shifts). 3.3 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related field.
