Position Summary: Grupo Metropolitano is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to ensure comprehensive customer service, design service improvements, and supervise the execution of activities and regulatory compliance. Requirements: * Flexible working hours * Availability for field work * Completed Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, etc. \- Degree holder * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as Industrial Facilities Supervisor or Industrial Maintenance Supervisor. Preferably within the gas or petroleum derivatives industry, including gas supply, L.P. gas, industrial technical assessment, and hydraulic evaluation (Prior experience in the gas industry is not mandatory) * Experience managing both administrative and operational staff (including unionized personnel) * Valid driver's license \- Experience driving a 3.5-ton van Responsibilities: * Ensure that customer service provided is comprehensive. * Design and implement guidelines to maintain and improve technical service response times. * Verify that field operational staff perform tasks according to the established schedule and plan, as well as safety and quality standards. * Ensure logistics for service routes are appropriate to meet customer response time requirements, with organized and accurate daily dispatch and routing of installation crews. * Ensure accurate preparation of budgets for industrial customers requested by the commercial department, completed within no more than 72 hours. * Verify and validate L.P. gas collection services for industrial, commercial, and domestic customers. * Supervise compliance with industrial, operational, and environmental safety regulations by the department. * Supervise that work performed on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations complies with applicable standards and procedures. * Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve established goals.
