You will be responsible for final interconnection, equipment configuration, and ensuring the electrical quality of each project. ***Join our team!*** **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as an electrician (residential or industrial), plus verifiable prior experience in solar panel and electrical installations. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced use of multimeters and measurement tools. * Interconnection of main panels ((AC) and (DC)). * Configuration of inverters and monitoring systems. * Knowledge of NOM\-001\-SEDE (desirable). * **Safety:** Ability to work at heights. * Ability to supervise an installation crew. * Experience with medium and low voltage. * **Age:** 25 to 45 years. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $2,500\.00 to $3,300\.00 net per week (based on experience). * Punctuality and attendance bonus: Additional $200 per week. * Growth opportunities. * Statutory benefits. * Social Security. * Personal protective equipment and uniforms. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Minimum Education Level:** * Completed technical or upper-secondary education. **Required Experience Level:** * Minimum 2 years as an electrician, and at least 6 months to 1 year installing solar panels (desirable).
