Coordination of working groups and promotion of recreational activities **About Us** A prominent organization in the agricultural sector is seeking a Social Worker to join its field team, providing attention and follow-up to collaborators, as well as administrative, social, and occupational well-being support. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field. * Experience: 3 years. * Willingness to live on-site (Mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to develop work plans. * Personnel management knowledge. * Basic knowledge of social responsibility audit frameworks. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct cafeteria satisfaction surveys and improve menus based on worker feedback. * Receive temporary migrant personnel (deliver training, distribute cleaning kits, and assign housing). * Manage housing for administrative and operational staff. * Coordinate working groups to collect suggestions, complaints, and concerns, and follow up on them. * Report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as housing capacity and availability, arrival of trucks carrying temporary personnel, etc. * Coordinate cleaning and garbage collection across various field areas with support from the workshop department. * Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage necessary resources for implementation in housing units, restrooms, and common areas. * Manage replacement of furniture and equipment in housing units. * Promote recreational activities at the workplace. **Conditions and Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits.
