Field technical service role with customer interaction Service Engineer – HIDALGO REGION We are a leading company in the sale, installation, and maintenance of cash processing and counting equipment. We seek Service Engineers eager to learn, develop in the field, and grow professionally within a robust career plan. Requirements Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields (recent graduates welcome). Minimum experience in social service, internships, or preventive maintenance. Availability for fieldwork. Main Responsibilities On-site technical service support (90% field \| 10% office). Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Replacement, adjustment, and calibration of components. Technical fault diagnosis and analysis. Installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment. Customer training on equipment usage. Preparation of service reports and documentation. Skills and Competencies Organization and responsibility. Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. Teamwork and results orientation. Ability to work under pressure. Punctuality and commitment. Polite and persuasive customer interaction. Schedule Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. On-call duty (L\-D) with additional bonus.
