Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Creative to develop and supervise creative concepts, keeping the agency at the forefront of experiential marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leading and developing the creative team’s skills At **Plot Experiential Marketing**, we are looking for a **Senior Creative**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and supervise the execution of creative concepts and projects focused on achieving objectives. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to continuously improve the agency’s creative approach and maintain a competitive edge. * Ensure all creative work meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Provide guidance and feedback to team members; mentor and develop team members’ skills and capabilities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field. * Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency or corporate, retail, or 360° marketing environment. * Strong conceptual ability to develop creative, innovative, and effective concepts. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present creative ideas to both internal stakeholders and external clients. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite. **BENEFITS:** * Medical insurance. * Funeral expenses coverage. * Hybrid work model. * Departmental discounts.
