Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to ensure timely coverage of operational vacancies through aggressive talent attraction and candidate management strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Digital attraction and on-site outreach for talent acquisition 2. Mass filtering and comprehensive management of candidate portfolios 3. Logistical coordination for onboarding and KPI tracking **Recruiter** Salary: $12,000 gross monthly \+ bonuses for goal achievement. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. Work Modality: On-site Contract Duration: 5 weeks. Ensure timely coverage of operational vacancies (general assistants, shelf stockers) for CEDIS facilities in the Perinorte zone, using aggressive social media attraction strategies and direct presence at key community locations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Digital Attraction:** Daily posting in local Facebook groups, Marketplace, and dissemination via WhatsApp. * **On-Site Outreach:** Flyer distribution, poster placement, and loudspeaker announcements at strategic locations in Cuautitlán Izcalli and Tultitlán. * **Mass Filtering:** Rapid interviews to validate operational profiles and basic documentation. * **Portfolio Management:** Tracking candidates from initial contact through contract signing day. * **Onboarding Logistics:** Coordinating arrival of candidate groups at warehouse facilities. Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in mass recruitment of operational profiles (logistics or manufacturing). * **Geographic Knowledge:** Thorough familiarity with the Perinorte zone and neighboring municipalities (transportation, meeting points). * **Digital Skills:** Expert use of social media for talent acquisition (basic copywriting and rapid response). * **Attitude:** Extroverted, highly tolerant of frustration, and possessing a strong sense of urgency. * **Success Metrics (KPIs)** * + Weekly headcount target achievement. + Interview attendance and hiring rate. + Cost per hire from free sources/on-site activities.
