




Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring timely coverage of vacancies and tracking staff to support the company's operational stability and continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruiting and tracking candidates until their hiring. 2. End-to-end vacancy management, including operational and technical profiles. 3. Supporting operational continuity by monitoring active staff. **OBJECTIVE:** To ensure timely coverage of vacancies and monitor active staff to contribute to the company's operational stability and continuity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment. * Experience in operational recruitment (mandatory). * Availability for fieldwork. * Proficiency in job boards and social media. * Results-oriented mindset and sense of urgency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Posting vacancies across various job boards. * Field recruitment (posting, leafleting, job fairs). * Resume screening and initial interviews. * Tracking candidates until their hiring. * Recruiting operational, technical, and administrative profiles. * Maintaining and updating the candidate database. * Tracking critical and urgent vacancies. * Monitoring active staff (tardiness, reasons for absenteeism, supporting termination processes). **COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Organization. * Working under pressure. * Service-oriented attitude. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly base salary * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria
