Job Summary: Group THS is seeking a RECEPTIONIST for a Comprehensive Visual Health Clinic in Guadalajara, Jalisco, to deliver an exceptional patient care experience and provide administrative support. Provide general administrative support and manage supplies. **Group THS is seeking a RECEPTIONIST in Guadalajara, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------- **COMPREHENSIVE VISUAL HEALTH CLINIC** **SEEKING:** **RECEPTIONIST** **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree. * Knowledge of: Collections, basic billing, and bank terminal operation. * Calendar management and social media handling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **OBJECTIVE:** Deliver an exceptional patient care experience from the patient’s first contact with the clinic, ensuring warm and professional service. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 2 years of customer service or front-desk experience. * Personalized patient reception and welcome, including empathetic handling of objections and incidents. * Coordination of medical appointments via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media, as well as coordination with physicians and clinical staff. * Management and safeguarding of patient files and personal data. * Service collections, basic billing, and cash reconciliation. * General administrative support and supply control. **COMPETENCIES** * Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation. * Empathy and customer orientation. * Organization and attention to detail. * Objection handling and conflict resolution. * Discretion and confidentiality. **EMPLOYMENT OFFERING** * **Salary:** $12,000 gross monthly, plus statutory benefits * **Work Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday\- Full-time **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Customer Service **Industry:** Medical *This vacancy is sourced from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0d0eb65200005f00c56b76\&source\=indeed*
