Key responsibilities:
* Develop quality control processes to meet the requirements of our distribution center.
* Verify that received products comply with quantity, physical condition, and documentation specifications.
* Conduct 100% or statistically sampled physical and documentary inspections on incoming goods.
* Inspect packaging and units for damage, contamination, or anomalies.
* Record inspection data in digital or printed checklists and in the designated system (WMS/ERP).
* Ensure the receiving area complies with quality and hygiene standards during the assigned shift.
* Coordinate with supervisors and operational staff on the corresponding receiving and warehouse shifts.
* Clearly and professionally communicate relevant findings to shift personnel and the Quality Supervisor.
Experience: 6 months in operational or quality control roles within logistics, production, or warehouse environments.
