(a leading pharmaceutical company) invites you to join our great family as: "Production Supervisor" Requirements: Bachelor's or Engineer degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Service-oriented attitude Proactive Minimum one year of experience in the position (pharmaceutical industry). Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Job Responsibilities and Functions: Knowledge of lyophilization process Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Training, qualification, and coordination of operational staff. Meeting production schedules on time and achieving established process indicators (KPIs). Ensuring product specifications are met through process controls. Managing change controls, deviations, risk assessments, CAPA plans, and preparing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
