Responsibilities: Implement BPMs Carry out POEs Supervise and control production Coordinate personnel and their activities Execute work orders Start up and properly adjust machinery Request materials required to complete work orders Report mold and/or machine damage Production parameters Schedule: Monthly rotating shift schedule Weekly salary Monthly productivity bonus (KPIs) Weekly food vouchers Superior benefits.
