If you enjoy a dynamic work environment and wish to grow within a solid, well-recognized company, this opportunity is for you! **What do you need to apply?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. A diploma in Talent Management, Compensation, or related area is desirable. * **Experience:** In retail, textile fashion, or footwear companies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct the strategy and operations of Payroll and Talent Management processes at Colectivo Moda, ensuring proper compensation administration, regulatory compliance, and holistic development of employees, guaranteeing efficient, transparent, and people-centered operations. * Supervise and ensure accurate calculation, electronic stamping (timbrado), and disbursement of biweekly payroll across all work centers. * Implement and monitor administrative processes related to employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, contracts, and personnel files. * Ensure legal, tax, and social security compliance regarding salary payments, benefits, and withholdings. * Coordinate proper management of attendance incidents, attendance control, vacations, leaves, and licenses, ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal regulations. * Generate strategic payroll and talent data reports and analyses to support decision-making. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly base salary** * **Performance-based bonus of up to 20% additional to your salary**. * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * **7% savings fund** * **Food vouchers** * **Brand discounts** * **Job stability and growth opportunities** **Join a company experiencing continuous growth and offering outstanding development opportunities!** Apply through this channel and attach your updated CV.
