Description
Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate calculation, processing, and payment of payroll, guaranteeing compliance with current labor, tax, and social security legislation, as well as proper administration of incidents and related reports.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate payroll calculation and processing (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
Supervise the correct application of payroll incidents: employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, medical leaves, vacations, absences, overtime, bonuses, severance payments, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with obligations to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SAT.
Generate payroll reports.
Generate severance payments, vacation tracking, medical leave records, and ST7 SUA review.
Resolve employee inquiries and clarifications regarding payments and pay slips.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a coordination or supervisory role.
Experience managing high-volume payroll operations.
Solid knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
