




Job Summary: Payroll Coordinator with experience in team management, payroll calculation, and regulatory compliance, seeking a professional with leadership and communication skills. Ensures regulatory compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and Income Tax (ISR). **PAYROLL COORDINATOR** EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years in a similar role. \- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and database management. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate a team of 2 payroll executives. * Record payroll incidents and calculate payroll. * Calculate final settlements and severance payments. * Stamp payroll receipts. * Register and manage vacation days and medical leaves. * Calculate and manage Income Tax (ISR), State Income Tax (ISN), and employer-employee social security contributions. * Knowledge of INFONAVIT and FONACOT. * General understanding of the Social Security Law and the Federal Labor Law. * Resolve payroll payment inquiries and clarifications with clients. * Generate payroll reports. * Solid knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, and REPSE. * Experience in employer compliance, IMSS filings, and personnel file management.
